Great co-workers crap pay

Schedule flexibility, free product from some venders, personally my coworkers are awesome and support each other. 401k the stores are not open to the public, only open to licensed cosmetologists, nail tech,etc

Cons

The pay is awful no where near livable wages from part time employees to store managers. The tech desperately needs to be updated there are constantly " blackouts" for customers who have charge accounts and then the call center/customer service doesn't answer the phones which make our jobs more difficult when one of those customers come in and can't use it so we loose sales. And yet they're more worried about making the app work. the older Stores need to be updated and expanded they look very outdated and with all these new lines coming in there's nowhere to put them .

hours of operation incentives for sales samples from vendors

Cons

pay, timelines to complete shipments, understaffed, low wages, micro-manager district manager, upper management told me to reschedule my radiation treatment for cancer for upcoming customer appreciation sale, had never missed a day of work. Had insubordinate employees and chain of command would not let me do my job due to lack of potential hiring prospects. Very little budget for improvements and to execute events. Low employee morale despite motivational tactics. Outdated computer systems.

Pros

All the free samples and product. To help learn and sell the product each month you are provided with new samples so you can have 1st hand experience with the product.

Cons

The pay! Every time you are up for a review it sucks because it's literally cents that you get. Also it is impossible to use any 'sick' time when you are full time as they never have enough employees who work at your store so you are screwed.
