Challenging and varied workload with autonomy from day one. Every project has a different problem to solve and means I am constantly learning and growing as a creative. Design courses and workshops are always budgeted/supported by the company and this is actively encouraged to continue personal development and innovation. I was hired into the Core team and supported to progress at my pace. My previous experience from other design roles doesn't compare; I feel incredibly valued and have always had my hard work recognised and rewarded. Salary reviews are fair and very forthcoming – you don't have to fight for a yearly pay review and outline all the work you've done over the last year like I have always had to! It's not uncommon to work extra hours during busy periods but this is the nature of an agency environment and something I personally thrive off. The flexible working is great and can be used to achieve a successful work/life balance with good productivity and time management.
