Pros

There are some good people who are trying to good things. Pay is good - generally above industry average. Work life balance is decent.

Cons

Worst work culture. People are miserable and you can feel it. Upper management wants to run employees to the ground without incentive. No trust from upper management - they will check your in and out times even if you are exempt/salary. They do roll call by surprise ... God forbid you're in the bathroom when they do... Oh and don't let the positive reviews fool you.. HR WRITES FAKE REVIEWS TO INFLATE THE AVERAGE (confirmed).

Pros

Nice work environment (the facilities) in a nice small town ( Oxford )

Cons

CoreLogic upper management has zero clue what they are doing, or what they want to do with the acquired company. Everything they say turns out to be a lie. They promised this and they promised that and turned right around and did the exact opposite. Nobody trusts you... we wish you would go away.

Pros

Insurance, 401k match, stock buying program, breakroom with free drinks/snacks, and ability to earn giftcards and rewards through an employee reward system.

Cons

After the acquisition, Corelogic promised us they they didn't buy us to "f it up". Then they processed to have layoffs, cut remote work(given choice of severance/come in the office), have more layoff as a cost saving measure which caused senior developers of eight plus years to look elsewhere. They have freed up tons of positions and money but refuse to match other offers in hopes of keeping the developers/domain knowledge. It seems as if everyone is replaceable and there is no sense of real job security or advancement. Open jobs haven't been filled or are being filled with contractors. And new title mappings group developers of 2 years-9 years with the same exact title.
