Bad decisions at executive level reduces work volume. Company has lost more clients than it has gained. No more stock plan. Policy and decision making stems from management who are too detached from realities of every day operations which is leading to what once was a great company, to the source of its colapse. Thinks it's an appraisal company, does nothing for appraisal business. Every year there's a "pat on the back" meeting where all the executives pride themselves over their achievements. This is usually followed up with half of those executives leaving to go work for other companies.
