Working at Cotality has been such an incredibly rewarding experience. The company values talent, fosters a supportive and forward-thinking environment where innovation and collaboration are genuinely encouraged. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and there’s a strong sense that everyone’s contributions matter. I feel like I belong with the Cotality family. As a new hire, the onboarding has been great, and working alongside a team with similar goals is such a refreshing experience! Learning resources and training has been structure to ensure you have everything at your fingertips. Work-life balance is great with lots of benefits for mental and physical health. Modern facilities is also a big plus and I enjoy travelling to work knowing where I’ll be for most of the day.

Cons

None at this time as I haven’t had a bad experience during the onboarding process.

Strong Employee Resource Groups and a strong culture of inclusivity and collaboration. Great work-life balance with supportive hybrid work policy. The EXCO team is very thoughtful about the strategic vision of the company and super focused on brining client facing solutions to drive the value of our company. Heavily investing in AI-Native technologies to stay competitive and bring products to market faster.

Remote working has led to calendars filled with lots of on-line meetings.
