Co-operative Management, managers are good and supportive. IJPs, Diwali bonus, good yearly increment like upto 30% of your CTC Transparency over everything. You'll know about the progress and future plans of the company, about the process which will go and come. All in all, best company I worked with.

Cons

Long term commitment and will be humiliated if join back.
