Rudderless Ship comes to mind firstly when thinking of working here. From middle-management upwards there is a huge disconnect all the way to the top. Tons of ineffective, irrelevant Managers, Directors and VP level executives stifling growth by creating a sea of bureaucracy to justify their own existence. The culture is still that of the individual and not the collective - and good luck trying to spearhead a project or task that involves any sort of collaboration whatsoever as you must manage your way through the 5 managers of the 5 people you are allowed to work - who might not even be the right people you need to complete your task. When you do have a task be prepared for the areas you cross functionally work to have inconsistent, sloppy, undocumented processes at every turn. Lots of empty promises from senior management, with a severe lack of professional development and career progression plans. Promotions and hiring generally frozen from a merger that took place over half a year ago, unless that job is overseas.

If you're looking for proof of systemic racism and sexism, look no further. People of color remain in lower paying collections positions while higher paying auditor positions are held by majority white people. Females who achieve more than their male counterparts are often overlooked for promotions. White males at cotiviti are promoted based on time and clique affiliation. Look at the newly created "GST" team that is full of all the white "frat boys," save a few token white females. Employees of color are not given the opportunity to excel and see little growth. There are only a small handful of Managers of color and no directors of color. The culture at this place is completely rich white dudes who golf. If you're a rich white dude who golfs, this is the place for you.
