remote life, great place to work if you want to go unnoticed, collect your pay check, and pay your bills.

Cons

0 upward mobility, people in leadership have been there forever and can't keep up with the advancements in technology, equity is a joke created by the HR who has also been there forever. Poor compensation, poor benefits, and a leadership team that is stuck in 2008.

Decent PTO overshadowed by micromanagement and lack of purpose

The company offers decent PTO.

Cons

Malignant micromanagement, lack of purpose in role, personal insults. There is no real responsibility and staff are treated like scolded children. No career path. The lack of work made the job feel very unstable.

Love the company, people are great. My overall experience has been really good. My first job out of college and they worked with me to improve my skills and knowledge in health insurance claims.

Cons

The pay is not good. I would only recommend this company to people who lack experience or looking for healthcare benefits.
