Pros

Connolly has been a great company to work for, compared to some of the larger employers out there. Infinite work at a breakneck pace, with lots of opportunities to learn the business and move around.

Cons

The pros are mostly in the past! With the iHealth merger and the PE takeover, the company is getting more coporatized. There are more silos, red-tapes, processes and less risk taking. The Connolly family had created an amazing culture of shared accountability and the perception that risk will be rewarded and encouraged. With so many new faces joining the company, the core values have been diluted. This is obviously going to put brakes on the growth rate, and this place will not feel like the 'startup' you would be proud to work at.

Pros

Innovation team has a very challenging work and people are great. We are working on the latest technologies. In my team there is lot of freedom.

Cons

People are not very keen to discuss the architecture level details of the technologies that's why they have to switch the technologies frequently. New comers should be provided ample amount of time to prove themselves.
