I would have to say that this is definitely a people first company. Anything from their mission to internal matters are handled professionally and I’m a timely manner. Things get hectic at times but there are good problem solvers to delegate to sort out issues.

Cons

Not much honestly. At times it gets stressful depending on the area you work, but that goes with any job.
