Cons

A lot of high school unethical behavior ong managers and upper management. You are unable to share your concerns with anyone or complaints, especially not HR as they are all very close and will work together to fire you after a complaint is made. Managers are not trained to even understand your jurisdiction so not sure how they are truly able to manage you. Company throws you in crazy fast after training and then tracks every metric imaginable even emails. There will be no assistance if you are drowning, need help or out on pto.

Unpleasant Experience

Pros

Hour long lunch breaks and no overtime were the best perks the company offered.

Cons

Least diverse company I have ever worked for. It has a very 50s feel in the office. The male employees have unprofessional language not only at their desks, but also while leading meetings. I heard more about sports and how "hot" the newest female in the department was, than actual work related conversation.

Pto, pay, health insurance, training.

Cons

They recruit the best and brightest, give them an unfair work load and toss them away when they can't do it anymore. Then they hire someone new and begin the process all over again.
