Pros

Strong culture of winning, better every day mentality. It is a very interesting industry to understand.

Cons

This is a high growth company where people are stretched very thin. To be successful, you must be self motivated. No one hands you a career, but those who are driven take it and are incredible satisfied.

Pros

All the things a self-motivated and driven person could ask for - autonomy, complex subject matter, dramatic growth potential, and the ability to do things you are most passionate about. The company offers a wide array of career paths, some unknown, but for those embracing challenge this is the job!

Cons

Being new to the company is tough, as they probably are not as honest about how hard it is to become successful. In all honesty, the first year or two sucks, which is why C&B is not for the average joe. Training and onboarding are far from perfect, and candidly the company likes people that are out to "figure it out". It sounds crass, but it is actually a great way to figure things out for those with the right mindset. The company is trying to improve with some structure around new employees, but this is a constant struggle for those that are sold a well-structured onboarding experience.

Pros

Opportunity. Pay. Environment. Resources. Fair. Supportive. Good people that are taught and entrusted to do things the right way. From the top down the look out for their clients best interests first. Merit based rewards. Success is recognized and rewarded. Work life balance is a priority. Corporate success stems from some of the best leadership in the industry. They have the company positioned for continuing success well into the future.

Cons

It's hard work. Not in the sense of strenuous, more so mentally. Knowledge and attention to detail is very important.
