Priorities shift regularly- there’s a real lack of stability and a sense of uncertainty Redundancy is common, post redundancies work is absorbed by those who remain I worked 70-80 hours per week regularly Salaries are low and bonus low/ not paid at all some years Lack of investment in basic resources - air conditioning/ toilets/ leaking ceilings etc There’s no training/ development department at all Leadership aren’t interested in wellbeing as long as the work is done, there is really no work life balance
