Good stable company, with decent benefits that does try to look out for and do for its employees.

Cons

Work standards not communicated or enforced. Poor performers have not been dealt with, and with recent layoffs, moral is low.

Good benefits My direct management team is competent and says "thank you" when "thank you" is due They do seem to care about professional growth

Cons

Some projects are too rushed. Systems are not as good as it could be. Some processes are "patched together," not very efficient, and pron to errors.
