Pros

They have a great product portfolio and brand recognition. Good pay and room for growth, but only in certain locations.

Cons

Growing too fast to stay organized and keep up with itself. Needs to take inventory of thins before moving forward with projects, but doesn't, and so employees suffer.

Cons

Too political. HR is not helpful. Work very hard and many hours with small salaries. Growth opportunity is not good unles you work for someone that supports your goals.

Discount on products (limited and/or hard to get certain products).

Cons

It's who you know, not what you know. Only "whites" get promoted to management positions. Some upper management are racist. Budget cuts means you doing three/four jobs but still getting one pay check. No appreciation. No bonus or raise. No matter how hard you work, you review will only be average (my manager said that's normal). Rules and polices are not company wide, but targeted for people they do not like (to make you unhappy and leave).
