Country Meadows values every single co-worker and will terminate a co-worker ONLY when there is sufficient reason to do so. These decisions are never taken lightly and our Home Office team frequently is involved in investigations into these matters.

Don't work at country meadows west shore

Pros

The residents are great. Only part I loved.

Cons

Management treats employees poorly, over worked under paid. It seems like a good place to work at first but its all lies. They say you will be treated like family but you will be treated like dirt. Company cares more about big business then their residents and employees. Management refuses to help when short staffed. They think they are above helping with personal care. Management acts unprofessionally. They gossip about employees with other employees.

Pros

The coworkers, residents and the family atmosphere. Opportunities to learn and grow with the company. Been named as one of the "100 Best Places to Work" many times.

Cons

Working every other weekend and holidays. Yearly evauations are tough and raises are in tiers so you could be an exceeds coworker and if you reached the top of your grade you will not recieve a raise that year.
