One of the most valuable qualities we offer co-workers is ongoing training and education in all levels of resident care. Any and all issues of neglect are reported and investigated as we take the safety of our residents seriously. Likewise, any and all expressed concerns of co-workers who may not be following our protocols to provide customized care based on resident preferences and needs are addressed directly and immediately. If we learn more training and education are needed, our team invests additional resources to ensure the consistency and accuracy in using those best practices. Thank you for the opportunity to clarify our high standards of quality care that our co-workers take pride in delivering and residents value in receiving. We wish you the best in your career path.

Pros

Getting to be apart of the occasional events going on there

Cons

Upper management, no sick days, working every other weekend, poor training, the residents and co workers always gossiping and talking about you.

Given your perspective, we do hope you have found a better fit. However, we want to clarify several points you mentioned. Our team invested much time and support to help you succeed as we do for all our co-workers. That included one-on-one training by our campus team management, home office management and even shadowing your peers at two other campuses over several weeks in your initial training to build upon your base of experience. This was followed by weekly touch bases and of course being available for any needs in the between. Our time-off policy combines any reason you may need time away at your discretion. You’ve earned it; it’s your choice in how to use it: sick, vacation, dr’s appointments, self-care. The program was created to offer co-workers flexibility and convenience. Our residents and co-workers pride themselves in creating a culture of welcome and belonging, as validated in our recent resident and co-worker surveys. On point, our Forks Township campus earned the highest company score in the statement: When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome—97% of campus co-workers agree. On top of that, residents said in their recent survey, the best thing about Country Meadows is our staff. Thank you for your time when on our team, and we hope you find a new fulfilling opportunity.
