I can’t say enough about the positive work environment that Country Meadows provides! It has been such a pleasurable experience being part of family owned company that places such a high priority on their coworkers’ job satisfaction. I came from the restaurant industry where you sometimes just feel like a number, but everyone at Country Meadows from the top down has been so friendly and welcoming that I wish I would’ve started here years ago. Kudos to Leader family for figuring out that the key to providing a great resident experience is to take very good care of their employees.
