Country Meadows truly appreciates co-workers which is why we instituted a wage increase for our campus teams last summer to help ensure we are more competitive among companies not only in our industry, but outside as well. Our HR team works hard to hire the right people, and our campuses strive to staff higher than required by the Commonwealth. Best of luck to you.

Pros

-Benefits were good -Free meals if any was left -The Residents -A handful of staff that were actually polite

Cons

A great place to work if you like change of plans to happen every 5 minutes, be thrown into buildings where the staff to resident ratio was awful and had absolutely little to zero help. I wouldn’t recommend this job even for my worst enemy. All the staff mainly pca’s were super mean, only cared about themselves and relied on dining staff to do dining requirements and PCA requirements. You get paid very little for the amount of work you do ALONE. Higher up staff only helped the “favorites”. If you are also looking at this job for part time during school or anything of that sort… stay away from it. You’ll be there all night and day because you are on your own with no help. You also get treated like crap for the amount they put you through. In the 2 years I worked there, no sign on bonuses, no raises and only seemed to get treated worse and worse the longer you work there.

Country Meadows is very proud of our Allentown team. Our organization works hard to create a positive environment for co-workers as well as the residents we serve, and we routinely receive positive feedback from co-workers, residents and family members in phone calls, hallway conversations, letters and surveys. Country Meadows provided appreciation pay during the pandemic and instituted a wage increase for our campus teams this past summer to help ensure we are more competitive among companies not only in our industry, but outside as well. Our HR team works hard to hire the right people, with caring, kind attitudes, and our campuses strive to staff higher than required by the Commonwealth. Best of luck to you.
