When I got hired I was shocked at how nice everyone is at country meadows lieder heights. my manager is amazing. management is great! most importantly the residents seem very happy content and comfortable. the benefits can't be beat. the pay is competitive. the whole culture is fantastic. I can't say anything bad about my job. So happy here!

Cons

my first couple weeks were a wee bit stressful because there's a lot to learn
