Thank you for your four years of service when on our team. Our staff and residents definitely make the job worthwhile. Glad you enjoyed those highlights too. In July we are launching more competitive wages for all front-line staff including Dining Associates which will help us be more comparable to (and in many cases, exceed) those in our industry and even outside. We do appreciate all our co-workers in every role, especially if they have pitched in for someone who is out for vacation, sick, etc. We understand at times serving and supporting seniors can be difficult, but it also can be very rewarding—and from what we hear from other team members, it is more times fulfilling than not which is why they choose to stay. We hope you have found another rewarding opportunity and wish you the best.
