Working at Country Meadows has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The residents quickly become family, and you can see the company’s values of passion, compassion, and empathy woven into everything we do. Being family-owned makes a noticeable difference; leadership truly cares about the people who live and work here, and it shows in the day-to-day interactions. Great teamwork- within the kitchen and across departments. Lots of fun events. Great work/life balance- especially compared to other food service jobs. Staff who genuinely care about their jobs and the residents they take care of. Good pay and benefits. I'm given the freedom to adjust the menu items and recipes based on resident feedback. The residents are wonderful, and we have a great rapport built on open communication. This allows me to address any concerns quickly and effectively. They are always respectful if they do have a complaint—and they love sharing compliments, too!
