Pros

Free lunch, flexible scheduling (for some roles), your birthday is a holiday. You are treated as more than just an employee. You are an integral part of team when you come to work, even in positions that aren't directly impacting residents, you are able to develop relationships with them which is so rewarding. There is longevity with a majority of the staff which goes to show it has a wonderful work culture. Pet friendly. Co-workers that you feel lucky to work with, Country Meadows hires for attitude and cultural fit.
