We appreciate your service caring for our residents and leading our team. Country Meadows offers free Career Paths for many positions including nurses, personal care associates, culinary team members and housekeepers. Successfully completing the Paths provides pay increases as well as possible promotions. We do have high training expectations because we have high service expectations. Our residents deserve only the best, as do our co-workers! Thank you for being part of our family.

As a 10 year employee I can honestly say that Country Meadows is a wonderful place to work! Career paths provide opportunities for growth and advancement and the work is rewarding and purposeful. A family run company that takes pride in what they do and are always open to new ideas and suggestions. Staff genuinely care about the residents and treat them like family.

Cons

Difficult when residents pass, but the privilege makes it worthwhile.
