Pros

Wonderful coworkers, supportive management, learning opportunities, interacting with and getting to know the residents, the feeling that you are doing something that matters and that brings happiness to seniors, great benefits, fair pay, management did not micromanage and allowed me to grow and develop my department under their guidaonce. They care about you as an individual and a human being, and they understand the need for work life balance. Loved it here and miss it.

None. I left for personal reasons unrelated to the job environment or company.

Company is family owned and operated. Senior management seeks out and values input from the campus directors when making decisions that impact day to day operations. Country Meadows cares for their employees and staff feels empowered to do what it takes to provide their Residents with excellent care.

Family like atmosphere, room to advance, plenty if training and wonderful caring nursing and personal care staff . I would not want to work at any other Assisted Living Facility.
