Pros

Employee benefits, worked with my personal schedule. Freedom to express ideas with managers. Good relationships with the residents.

Cons

Management was terrible; very disconnected from front-line staff. Unrealistic expectations of the position and very facade oriented. Extremely high stress, high turn-over. Poor communication between managers. Unproductive meeting heavy. Managers were largely unhelpful and the company is very management heavy making directions and goals confusing.

Thank you for being one of these people. In our industry turnover is very, very high and Country Meadows works hard to hire the best people and retain good co-workers. Pros

Good pay, plenty of overtime available, and most workers are rarely canceled. Can have easy days where you are being paid a lot of not much stress.

Cons

Poor benefits, 3hrs of PTO per pay period until you have worked there 6 years! The staffing is often screwed up and they "lose" your request-off paper.

At Country Meadows, our number one priorities are the care of our residents, and our co-workers’ health and well-being. As part of our commitment to our team, Country Meadows works hard to provide a full benefits package and wages that are very competitive in the senior living field. In fact, co-workers with between two and five years of experience earn 17 PTO days each year which comes out to 5.23 PTO hours earned each pay. Please share your concerns with your management team.
