great residents and supervisors, PTO, paid holidays, continual education classes, paid training, clean environment, always have special days honoring employees for being voted best place to work, cheap employee meals.

Cons

high staff turnover rate, frequent short staffing, lack of communication between departments and shifts cause problems, nurses seem spread too thin.

Amazing jobs, orientation and training are very helpful

Cons

No communication between directors and managers, not clear expectations of what they want from you. Bad call out policy. No respect for younger employees. They favor those who are older.

Pros

The residents are great, they motivate me everyday, and are the only positive I get out of this job.

Cons

Pay is on the low end of the scale, completely mismanaged , most of those in mgmt positions are self absorbed, and facetious. Not a job for those who want to use real nursing skills, gets boring.
