ABSOLUTELY NONE ! Honestly can not think of any pros in working at this funny farm

Management has no clue on how to run the operation. 90% of contract drivers only speak Spanish, none of the staff speaks spanish. Drivers are not being paid for routes, either shorted or not paid at all. If your full time your a slave, long hrs

you are your own boss out on the road, decent money.... it is just about getting the job done

Cons

mixed bag in regards to supervisors and fellow drivers, no benefits, you're really just a number, definitely not an employee
