Pros

I was there for 10 years the first 7 years were good, we had great management, the pay was ok. We used to get raises and bonuses every year around Christmas.

Cons

About three year's ago there was a management change and it got worse every year after that. They have a turn and burn policy especially with the independent contractors. No raises no bonuses, management got top heavy, every other month i would see a new VP or manager of this or that. They made a dish washer from a restaurant an operations manager!!...just because he was someone's buddy in management.

You can come in and get done with your day at a reasonable time, provided you stay organized

Cons

You are not guaranteed a Route, even if you perform well. Pay is subject to change no matter what you are promised when hired. Really requires a transit vehicle in order to make decent money.

work by yourself independently with little micromanagement.

Cons

Everything. overworked and underpaid. They promise an income of $700-1200 but my paycheck was only $350 for two weeks of work, barely enough to even cover the gas.
