Pros

Been with the company for about 2 years now and from Night Auditor I got promoted to Lead and then Front Office Supervisor. Benefits are decent, although you have to work 90 days before you are eligible to enroll. Owners are great and they care about running a successful business. I was able to work Task Force and that taught me a lot about working at multiple properties. This is a really great company and they are growing. I would recommend working here if you like hospitality.

Cons

Staff can get overworked and under-appreciated depending on the property because of being understaffed. This is due to COVID and once business builds back up this could change. Hours do get cut in the slow season and a lot of the employees suffer from that.
