Literally think about the fact that a management company has to undergo asset management review in the first year because they are so bad at management

Pros

Some coworkers are genuinely decent and capable, and working with them is often the most positive part of the experience.

Cons

Underlying financial pressures appear to drive reactive decision-making and short-term fixes rather than sustainable strategy. Accountability is uneven, and employees are often brought in to solve urgent problems without the resources or support to do so. Roles and expectations shift often, making it difficult to build momentum or long-term ownership. Decision-making and advancement often appear relationship-driven rather than performance-based.
