Pros

The people are very nice. The local hospital culture is very different from Corporate culture.

Cons

On onboarding, support, salary process and access to technology are poorly planned and executed.

Small company, benefits start immediately when hired, most everyone is welcoming and friendly, longevity in employees

Poor morale secondary to new administration, unrealistic expectations for short term rehab floor

Pros

Worked there for a number of years and had excellent benefits. Some great managers.

Cons

Once they started losing money, so many layoffs and degenerating morale were typical. Reduced vacation benefits and adjusted 401K contributions were some examples of cut backs. Truly became all about numbers. The founding sisters (The Grey Nuns) would be rolling over in their graves to see what management has done their company.
