- Colleagues are warm, helpful, and genuinely talented - Product is strong and continues to improve - Benefits are decent
Cons
- Expectations for company growth are extremely unrealistic and have placed an insane amount of pressure on employees - Processes change all the time and at the whim of management, so nothing is scalable - No meaningful recognition is given to employees so it is difficult to feel valued, especially when salary raises are so disappointingly low - Veteran employees have been driven to leave the company due to changes in culture, so morale is at an all-time low - There does not seem to be a path to improvement despite reassurance
