Pros

Very easy work, easy to learn and very repetitive. I was able to work on a lot of other things while I was at work because some days I only had 1 hour or so of things to do.

Cons

Negative, controlling environment from the corporate office. Raises are almost nonexistent until they're desperate and even then they do the absolute least they can do. I covered two offices at the same time and got no extra compensation for it. Working from home is not an option, although 90% of my job could've been done from home. I generally had less than 20 hours of work to do in a week, but they were upset whenever I left even 15 minutes early.
