Pros

You can work from home two days a week. The hours are flexible. The location is convenient. The office building is clean and looks nice.

Cons

The company itself is not doing well. Layoffs are frequent. The pay is very poor. If you get promoted, HR will not allow you to get more than a 10% raise, no matter how much your new position is supposed to pay.
