The phrase work life balance is fiction; problem management is a joke; those who are the most fake and kiss the most butt are promoted and praised regardless of their poor work quality; there is not a true appreciation of employees' hard-work, but instead an appreciation of how management appears to senior management and so and so forth; the student isn't the highest priority it's the profits; salaries are pitiful; micromanaging is rampant; the all mighty dollar will be Adtalem's downfall

IT is a different story all-together. It is ruled by a CIO who assigns almost no value to any of the colleagues working there. In meetings and interactions with the business, lip service is paid to all of the right things, but it is just a charade. If people were able to be truly honest with repercussions, this assessment would receive near 100% confirmation. However, any disagreement is met with isolation at best and termination at worst. So, people keep quiet, avoid contact, and go about their business.
