Culture encourage collaborative, visionary approach to work. There are development opportunities and opportunities to challenge yourself. Bias for action and results as Adtalem enters new markets and approaches to education. Remote/flex work is great

Cons

Work moves very quick and sometimes can change too quickly. This may be a result of rapid growth strategies or just a lot of change in a short period of time, I think it will slow down soon.

Constant 'restructuring' (layoffs) every 6 monhts Upper management takes advantage of positions to only benefit themselves Constant spending on useless assets. No room for professional growth
