Wonderful colleagues and collaborative work environment. Emphasis on professional development.

Cons

Leadership that does not listen to concerns or challenges from experienced employees. They claim they want transparency when in reality they only want to hear what aligns with their ideas. They want frontline managers to manage all the constant (and often poorly thought out) change without considering long-term effects.

Pros

Very collaborative working environment, I feel comfortable going to leaders within my own function and other functions as well with any questions or advice needed. Great pay/benefits too which is a nice tradeoff for having to be in office four days a week. The management style is also refreshing, there's no micromanaging and seems to be a lot of trust and understanding at least between my manager and I. I've greatly enjoyed my time spent here so far!

Cons

There's a lot of work being split between not a lot of people at the moment which can feel overwhelming at times. Four days in office is a con for many people, but the environment is fun at least!
