Pros

Great benefits, strong collaboration culture & lots of opportunities to work on interesting projects. The amenities at the Willis Tower are also a plus!

Cons

Some teams operate with lean staffing and it’s a fast-paced environment that requires strong time management and efficiency.

Great students, but toxic leadership

Loved the students and the mission!

Cons

Duplicitous. Fraudulent. Lying. Top leadership lies and hides information. Group Layoffs are still happening at least twice a year. Top performers are terminated if they don’t “play the game.” There is mostly just focus on getting more students in the door. Leaders are often fired for a drop in student enrollment. Any focus on retention or graduation/pass rates is solely to meet regulatory requirements. If they can save a penny by providing less to students or employees, they do it. Also, be careful about sharing medical needs of any kind.
