      When they say the company is a family, they mean if you aren't friends or family of the owners or high ups, you better watch out. And I mean literally. You'll never get promoted, you'll be micromanaged by people who do nothing, and they'll post your SSN on the company computer and and say its safe cause we signed a non disclosure upon hire. Be careful. If you work for them, my best advice... keep your head down, take the money, and get out.

      Don’t apply for an admin pos

      Pros

      Coworkers are a huge help. There is no corporate training.

      Cons

      Ask anyone workin in the admin dept and they will tell you upper management micromanages and harasses their employees to the verge of people quitting. People have gone to HR and nothing has been done. There is something sketchy about the HR lead too.
