Pros

Time off is usually no problem and the commute to and from home wasn't bad. I was able to identify some things I should work on professionally that will go along with me to my next position.

Cons

The moral is horrible, there really is no leadership structure(i.e. I'm not sure who my supervisor is outside of the President of the company), there is no consistency in regards to rules, regulations, and expectations.

I guess having a full-time job

Cons

If you can check 1-2 of the below, you got it made. Anyone else, you are constantly treated as an outsider & will get nowhere but foul treatment. 1. You must be related to the owners. 2. Grew up in the same area, 3. Family/friends of the Executive Team. 4. Worked in a bar or retail. 5. Be of a specific gender/race. 6. Employed within the company during their trailer days.

Can’t think of any pros

Cons

Very unserious company from top to bottom. The most nepotism I’ve ever seen. A lot of unqualified people in high positions based on who they know or are related to. No culture. Outdated way of doing things. Makes you wait a year before you can work from home but no equipment is provided. No structured training. Some people get some training others get none.
