      Changing position in marketplace and changing direction of company making it a more stressful place to work

      good benefits, opportunities for advancement, dynamic environment in some locales where new positions are being created to follow the income streams

      Cons

      Changing marketplace means some positions and opportunities are evaporating, creating tense atmosphere in the office I was in, where employee morale was falling

      It was a great experience, and the pay was EXCELLENT. However, some management was hit or miss.

      Pros

      Very organized, when it comes to getting paid, benefits package, or finding information on current work duties. I also like their ticketing systems which were very good, and I used it to find out how to do my job better and to find out what problems others in my position have faced. i.e. website password reset issues, or how to fix a known IT problem (I am in IT).

      Cons

      Some of the management were not as knowledgable as some of the employees in some tasks, so just like any large corporation, there was a lot of kiss up people, but that's any job.

      Pros

      Lots of vacation time, good benefits, hours that rarely change. Get to work indoors in a nice office building. The pay can't be beat for the type of work being done.

      Cons

      The days drag on and on and working in a call center really is soul-draining work. The customers are rude and entitled and think that they own you.
