Cons

Call center work is very stressful. If you can't handle being called every name in the book by rude customers this is not the place to work.

Great Salary and Bonuses - even during Recession. Excellent work life balance and flexibility Executive Team is relatively young and open door policy Benefits - Medical, 401K match etc is one of the best in Atlanta] Very laid back atmosphere Well respected company in Atlanta - extremely low turnover...no one really wants to leave

Cons

Although I would never describe the company as having an "old boy network", you do have get your name out there and network a lot to get promoted. I think that is true in almost any company.
