Very relaxed atmosphere. A young management team who is open to new ideas and willing to hear out what you have to say.

Cons

New senior management team is more concerned about cutting op-ex cost than taking into consideration what is best for the company.

Pros

Relaxed environment, supervisors are easy to get along with. Plenty of training. Management will work with you to make sure you have all the tools and training necessary.

Cons

New director and management are turning the sales dept into customer service. Commissions have been cut in half since last year. Not really rewarded for being a top sales agent any longer.
