Pros

The company is very family oriented. Employees are treated with respect, and there is a very good work-life balance. The company has a good direction and communicates that direction to its employees. The atmosphere at work is wonderful.

Cons

Career advancement can be challenging, but given the current economic conditions I believe this to be the norm today.

Pros

Free cable and internet service. The health, dental, and vision insurance is great. The pay is not the best but it's ok for what other employers in Hampton Roads pay.

Cons

Management has no clue what they are doing. They hire people based solely on a "great" interview but don't take into account their overall job performance. Favoritism is apparent. If you don't kiss but you will not be promoted as fast. They say its an open door policy but it's not. So don't complain or you will be labeled as trouble.
