Pros

Cox is a great place to grow as an employee. The company believes in promoting from within and provides the training needed to advance to the next level.

Cons

As Cox moves into a more standardized world, the leadership structure is becoming even more hierarchical. What used to be an innovative company with a truly open-door policy is slowly evolving into a top-down driven architecture that relies less on lower-level employees to innovate and inspire.

The benefits and opportunities. Good Training classes though the instructors are mediocre at best.

Cons

Politics within leadership. Lack of communication. Attitude of higher leadership levels to manager and TL levels.

1. Good 'ole boy mentality. 2. Large segment of management that isn't qualified to manage the departments/projects they're in charge of 3. Management views employees as a necessary nuisance 4. Sr. Management unresponsive to action items they say they'll address
