      Use to be the pay until Cox decided to make goals impossible to reach so now commission can range from 400 to 600 dollars if that .

      Management are snakes they micro manage you 247 making your job harder than it should be.

      ok pay, they do a lot of fun stuff and give aways, people are cool

      Cons

      no help on the floor, like at all. you have to call a sup line to get any help and sometimes they are rude. the system they use for order entry is out dated by 20 years. dos based.. hard to key the sales we need to hit in TECH SUPPORT when the system is complete garbage.

      Pros

      The company itself is AWESOME. I have nothing negative to say. There is so much to learn and the learning never stops. The blind can see that Cox values its employees. I completely LOVE IT!

      Cons

      I have learned that people don't leave the company, they leave managers. That holds true for Cox. I wish there were surveys to gave who they are and hold them accountable for their actions. Cox is and has lost very good people due to bad management. That does not speak for them all because there are some REALLY AMAZING leaders in this company. However, there are some bad apples In the tree that puts a bad mark on all of them.
