Pros

Only Pro I had with this job was that it was remote. That’s about it. They come in with the “your family” stuff. Your not, you’re an employee to a help a company’s mission.

Cons

The structure was impossible to meet if your ethical in your work. In order to make money, you have to hang up on pple to avoid disconnection. Supervisors and management knows this but turn a blind eye so they can keep their numbers good. Very unethical behavior is the only way to make your commission. When I was a good boy I made $0 commission, when I started banging in customers, my commission hit $3k. Sad but true
