If your a tech you will have to do other jobs like selling billing breakdowns as well even though there are departments for that also you don’t get near as much commission for selling a product like sells and certain things don’t count essentially you get .50-2 bucks for a sell. Supervisor do now know what they are doing and will throw employees under the bus I still work here mind you. They do not care about mental health what so ever so please be mindful of that.you can promote just make sure your not on a write up and you just stick to yourself
