Moving towards big corp attitude as a private company created many issues including a messy approach to staffing and strategy.

Pros

- Great time off policy; 4 weeks plus an additional 64 hours of sick time (in AZ, may vary in other markets) - A lot of supes/coaches are respondent to issues even if not your direct report

Cons

- the "family company, we'll never go public" model is dead with the acquisition/merger with Spectrum. - loss of identity in the company in terms of job role. If you're level 1, you're doing it all and no real choice to only do customer service/billing, or technical support.
